S.S. International Equine operates from India and supplies equestrian products to customers worldwide, including India, the USA, the UK, Europe, and other international locations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns subject to the following return windows, depending on customer location and order type:
- India: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- International (USA, UK, EU & other regions): Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Extended Return Period (Selected Products / Promotions): Up to 30 days, where explicitly stated on the product page
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
4. Return Process
